Terms of use
These terms govern use of the Ironvale Industrial Systems LLC website at www.ironvalesystem.com. They are not a customer contract for manufactured goods. A project proceeds only under a later written agreement.
Last updated 28 October 2026.
The site
Pages describe intended business directions and how to submit an enquiry. They do not claim that Ironvale owns a factory, operates particular machinery, holds a certification, or stocks the products discussed. Illustrations are labeled as illustrative.
Enquiries are not offers
Submitting a form does not create an offer, a quotation, a purchase order, or an acceptance of work. It does not approve a supplier. Price, route, quantity, and responsibility exist only in a later written agreement. Ironvale may decline any enquiry.
Your submissions
You represent that you have the right to send the information and files you submit. You keep ownership of your drawings and specifications. You grant Ironvale a limited right to review, store, and share them with the people needed to respond, including a production partner only when that route is actually being considered.
Do not upload confidential or proprietary material unless you have permission and handling is agreed. Do not submit export-controlled technical data, including ITAR or EAR controlled data, through this general form.
Articles are not professional advice
Resource articles are general procurement information. They are not engineering, legal, welding, or manufacturing advice. Standards are cited so you can look them up. Applicability of a code or tolerance is for the responsible engineer on your project. See also the quality page.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the forms, attempt to break access controls, upload malware, or scrape the site in a way that degrades service. We may rate-limit or reject submissions.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Ironvale disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement for website content. To the extent permitted by law, Ironvale is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, when the company principal place of business is published, by the laws of that state. The principal place of business is not published on this site yet. Courts in that location, once published, are the intended venue, without prejudice to any right that cannot legally be waived.
Changes
Updated terms replace the prior version on the date shown above.
