Privacy policy
This policy describes how Ironvale Industrial Systems LLC handles information submitted through www.ironvalesystem.com. It is written for a U.S. business-to-business website. It is not a substitute for advice from your own counsel.
Last updated 28 October 2026.
Who we are
The site is operated for Ironvale Industrial Systems LLC. A public email, phone number, and street address are shown on the contact page only after the owner confirms them. Until then, privacy requests can be sent through the contact form.
Information the forms collect
Engineering, custom product, supplier, and contact forms collect the fields you submit: name, company, email, phone, project or capability details, and any optional notes. If you attach a file, the site receives the file name, type, size, and contents for the purpose of checking and, when configured, storing that file.
A honeypot field is present for spam control. Leave it empty. A timestamp is set in your browser to reject instant automated posts. Rate limiting uses the IP address in server memory for a short window. Stored enquiry records keep a hash of the IP address, not the raw address, when the record is written to disk.
How submissions are stored and sent
Enquiry text is written to a private data directory when the server can write one, and it is written to the application log. It is emailed to the business inbox only when ENQUIRY_NOTIFY_EMAIL, RESEND_API_KEY, and ENQUIRY_FROM_EMAIL are configured. File bytes are placed in private Vercel Blob storage when a Blob token is configured. They are not saved in the public website folder. If private storage is not configured, the confirmation page says the file was not retained.
Providers that may process data when enabled are Vercel (hosting and optional Blob storage), Resend (email), and Google Analytics (only if a measurement ID is configured). We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Drawings and confidential material
Do not upload sensitive or proprietary intellectual property, or export-controlled technical data, unless you have permission and handling arrangements are agreed. The form is a general enquiry channel. You retain ownership of material you submit. You give Ironvale a limited right to review it in order to respond.
Cookies and analytics
If NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_ID is empty, this site does not load Google Analytics and does not set analytics cookies. If an ID is configured, Google Analytics 4 may set cookies and receive page and event data, including form-success and checklist-download events. IP anonymization is requested in the tag configuration. You can block analytics in your browser.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept long enough to respond and to keep a commercial record of the request. A fixed retention period is not published because the owner has not set one. Hosting logs follow the host retention period. You may ask, through the contact form, that a submission be deleted. We may need enough detail to find the record, including the reference number.
United States audience
The site is directed to businesses in the United States. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you are a California resident, you may request access to or deletion of personal information we have about you. We do not offer a financial incentive for personal information. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request. Verification depends on the details you provide.
If you send information from outside the United States, it will be processed in the United States on the hosting provider infrastructure. This policy does not appoint a European representative.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page will change. Continued use of the forms after that date is subject to the updated policy.
